We are thrilled to announce the global winners of the Leaders of the Future 2024 competition! This year, the spotlight shines on the talented team from America, who captivated both our panel of judges and the global audience with their innovative and inclusive approach to contract lifecycle management. Congratulations to the America team, composed of Georgina Timossi Soderlund (Commercial Counsel, G-P), Patricia Gómez (Buyer Support, Corteva Agriscience), Ross Stawaisz (Contract Advisor, GPLNG), Gustavo Torres Carrizo (Legal Contract Specialist, Accenture), and Scott Easterbrook (Contract Performance Manager, BC Hydro), under the mentorship of Narmin Koenig (Director of Government Sales, Panasonic), who developed a groundbreaking platform named Inclusivity.

Their winning presentation tackled one of the most pressing challenges in today’s corporate world: creating an inclusive and accessible contract management process. The team identified the lack of diverse participation in contract negotiations as a critical issue and proposed a solution that integrates AI-driven technology with accessibility features to ensure that everyone, regardless of ability, can actively contribute to the contracting process.

Through Inclusivity, they demonstrated how AI can transform the way contracts are managed by offering features such as language translation, voice-to-text input, and risk identification—all within a unified platform. This tool not only simplifies the contract lifecycle but also empowers diverse teams to collaborate more effectively, reducing potential legal and commercial risks.
